You have  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. The product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/label still attached and in the original packaging (if available). This policy is only applicable to full-priced item(s) on our site.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
NATUL reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
Customers are advised to email us first at email@example.com with your #ORDER ID and product details before returning the product. All shipping cost are borne by customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office.
Walk-in returns to our cart is accepted with prior notice. Kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 012-3937734 for further assistance.
All return/refund request will be processed within seven(7) working days upon parcel received.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
